The legend goes like this. Lakon is from the Hakura family, who are considered the ultimate masters of dimsum and desserts. At the time of the Three Kingdoms era, they are on the side of "Zhuge Liang" (Also called "Kong Ming"), and so they follow the Zhuge army everywhere. On their returning trip from conquering Nanchang (in the Kiangsi province), a brutal storm begins to brew on the seas, causing big waves. According to Chinese believes, these black waves means that the sea gods are angry. So to calm the gods down, the Hakura family aboard the ship kneaded sweet flour together in the shape of human heads and throws them down the sea. And these would be the first ever buns.
No wonder Shell was crying for help when the dimdum match topic is buns! To Lakon, the essence of bun-making comes from the dough kneading. When doing so, you must use the hidden energy from your soul to rotate the dough, using a consistent circular motion. You must be able to knead as far and deep as you can, to the point where the dough takes on the shape of a twisting white snake. This is one of Hakura Family's secret techniques, called "Hakura Rotating Snake". Another secret is that the buns must calm the spirit of whoever is eating that bun, just like how Lakon's ancestors calmed the sea gods ages ago.
Personality-wise, he resembles Shell a lot, quite ruthless and carefree. It's so funny how Shell and Lakon criticize each other's buns at first, then becoming friends layer xD. Although he stands on the side of Dark Cooking Society, he is not binded by their rules. Once he makes up his mind about something, he will work on it at all costs. Such as when he decided to leave the DCS to roam around China, he just literally vanished, leaving trails of cackles behind.
