Name: Teitoku/Admiral Lee Appearance: Always wearing his Teitoku Uniform, a traditional long black dress with a huge blue cloak over. He also wears a blue hat with white feathers sticking out from the top, down to his shoulders. Seems to be always riding on a white horse ^^; Age: 40's... Resides: Nomadic? Teitoku Lee works as the representative of the Gourmet Cuisine department in the Palace. His job is to make sure everything in the cooking world runs smoothly, and also to spectate major cooking events. He sort of started and guided Mao's early cooking career, because he declared Mao as the winner in the Mapo Tofu showdown (Episode 1-2), commanded him to train at Yosen Shuuka, and persuaded him to compete for the Super Chef title. Without Teitoku Lee's help Mao might not become as good as he is!
For those of you who watched the early episodes of CMB, didn't you notice how Teitoku Lee is ALWAYS there wherever Mao goes, up until the point where Mao becomes a Super Chef? It's up to you how you interpret this point ^_~ But IMO, Teitoku Lee has potentials of a pedophile XD. Just a thought!
