Name: Sanche Appearance: Another bishounen of CMB! He has wavy brown hair and green eyes. From all the CMB characters, the older Sanche probably has the best outfit. Sanche was a 4th level chef in Yosen Shuuka when Mao first arrived there. The first impressions of him weren't that great, because he was lazy and arrogant. Everyone at Yosen Shuuka didn't necessarily get along with him, not even Meili. When Mao arrived, Sanche grasped any chance to boss him around, because he knew that he won't be around for long, now that Mao is going to replace him (see Episode 4).
Sanche has a very strict father, and he was the reason why Sanche worked in Yosen Shuuka at the first place. Ever since Sanche was little, his father trained him to become the heir of the family restaurant. This included naming the ingredients, flipping rocks inside a wok with one hand, and practicing perfect knifework. His father expected a lot from Sanche, and constantly scolded/beated him. Even when Sanche injured his hand badly, his father wasn't moved, and was ready to beat him up again. Luckily, Sanche's mom came to the rescue and took the beating. After the incident, Sanche ran away from home to Yosen Shuuka. Despite of his hardships with his father, Sanche still loves him. When his father is captured by the DCS, Sanche was worried sick and does not want anything bad to happen to him.
After having returned to Shanghai (thanks to Mao), he wholeheartedly set his mind on cooking and making his , and you can see the wonderful results in Episode 34 and during his match with the DCS.
