Name: Seiyo Wong
Appearance: A bald middle-aged man, short and stout. His outfit is quite hideous: lime green chinese robe, with an orange and blue short jacket that has stars on it O.o; The same goes for his tall orange hat with two palm leaves sticking out on either side. -_-; However, this outfit fits his funny face very well xD
Age: 40s?

When we first meet Seiyo, he was eating ramen in a restaurant with Mao and company, who are on their way to Jiuhua Mountain. He keeps commenting on how tasty the ramen is, even though it is not that special. Is something fishy going on? You got it! It turns out that he had told the store owner that Mao and co. would pay for his food as well. What a cheap bastard!

Ha! That Seiyo is more than just cheap and sneaky...he is a big scammer too! Having found the third Legendary COoking Utensil by chance, he cooked up a perfect plan to make cash. Calling himself the "Abalone Deity", he first got everyone in Jiuhua village to be hooked on his abalone soup, made from the Holy Copperware. Because the Jiuhua villagers have never seen abalone before, they considered it their "holy food" as stated in a legend. Then eventually he charged the Jiuhua village people their money and valuable poccessions as "offerings", for one bowl of soup. He would spend the money on clothes, girls, building a gigantic palace with a pool full of gold that he can roll around in >_<.

He has a super-high ego, and despite of his tiny size, looks down on the villagers and calls them "scums". He very well knows that as long as he has the Holy Copperware and is able to make the great tasting abalone soup, they will worship him like a God. Since the villagers are suffering under the sideffects of eating only abalone for a long time, they gladly follow Seiyo's orders, and even greets his icy words with tears of joy! Thank goodness Mao, Meili, and Shirou revealed Seiyo's true identity and saved the village just in time, by disguising themselves as the ancient Comet gods! =D
